About me:
I'm Carrie, a psychotherapeutic counsellor trained in Transactional Analysis, working with adults online. I offer a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative space where we can explore what’s troubling you, together. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, struggling with low mood or depression, working through bereavement, or navigating the challenges of addiction, I aim to support you in making sense of things at your own pace.

My approach is relational – I believe that a strong, trusting connection between therapist and client is the foundation for meaningful change. I work with an intersectional lens, recognising that our identities and experiences are shaped by many factors including culture, race, gender, class and sexuality. I welcome all parts of you into the therapeutic space.

Before training as a therapist, I had a long career in the media industry. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to working with people on a deeper level – particularly during times of personal difficulty and change. That journey led me to psychotherapy and to the kind of work that feels most aligned with who I am.

I currently only work online, and will be offering in-person sessions once I find a suitable space.

If you’re considering therapy and wondering if it might be right for you, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Prices:
I offer weekly 50 minute sessions at a reduced cost of £40 per session while I complete my final diploma.

I am a member of UKATA, IATA, UKCP (processing), and NCPS.
